Accessibility statement

Omega Point Solutions LLC · Last updated 17 August 2026

Our target

We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the design target for omegapointsolutions.com, omegapointsolutions.us, and fraudtrax.net. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act applies to what federal agencies buy, so we treat it as a product requirement rather than an afterthought.

What this statement is, and is not

This is a self-assessment. We have not commissioned a third-party accessibility audit, and we hold no independently issued conformance report. Where we say a criterion is met, that means we tested it ourselves and can show you how. We would rather publish an honest self-assessment with its limits marked than imply an audit we have not had.

If you need a formal VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report for a solicitation, contact us and we will complete one for the specific product in scope.

What we test, and what currently passes

Verified 17 August 2026 on the live sites:

  • Page language is declared, and a visible skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
  • Every content image carries alternative text; decorative graphics are exposed to assistive technology as images with a text alternative rather than as unlabelled media.
  • Every link and control has an accessible name — no unlabelled icon buttons.
  • One h1 per page, with headings in order, and content inside a main landmark alongside nav and footer landmarks.
  • prefers-reduced-motion is honoured: the animated backdrop, count-up figures, and reveal transitions stop for visitors who ask their system to reduce motion.
  • Pages remain usable without JavaScript, including navigation and footer links.
  • Keyboard focus is visible, and no content is reachable by mouse only.

Known gaps

Stated plainly, because a list of everything that passes and nothing that does not is not a credible accessibility statement:

  • Brand video has no caption track. The hero video on both Omega Point domains is silent and decorative, and is exposed to assistive technology as an image with a text alternative, so it carries no information a caption would convey. If we ever add a video with narration, it ships with captions and a transcript or it does not ship.
  • One heading-order skip remains on the acquisitions page.
  • Small type. Some labels and data captions render below 12px. Text resizes and reflows correctly to 200%, but the default size is smaller than we would like and we are raising it.
  • No third-party audit. See above — everything here is self-tested.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of our sites or products blocks you, tell us and we will fix it. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to agree a remediation timeline with you from there. If you need information that lives on an inaccessible page, we will supply it in another format — plain text, tagged PDF, or over the phone — while the fix is made.

Email contracting@omegapointsolutions.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if that is relevant.
