Meet Our Leadership

Built by people who wore the badge.

Omega Point Solutions is a service-disabled-veteran-owned, family-run company. The people who lead it have carried a rifle, worked cases, and balanced the books. Those are the same disciplines our products are built to serve.

Members of our team remain active in sworn law enforcement roles, so current employer and unit names are withheld as a matter of operational security. Certifications, awards, and company registrations are described by their issuing body.

Cody Rose

Cody Rose founded Omega Point Solutions after two decades of service split between the United States Army and Illinois law enforcement. He entered the Army as a combat infantryman in the wake of September 11, 2001, and was honorably discharged after more than twelve years of active service at the rank of Sergeant First Class, with over three years served in combat across Iraq and Afghanistan. A Ranger School graduate, he served as a Ranger Instructor and doctrine writer, a Pathfinder squad leader specialized in combat search and rescue with advanced medical training, a reconnaissance and surveillance squad leader, and a Platoon Sergeant and Operations Manager in a specialized air assault infantry platoon and battalion.

After the Army, Cody moved into private security contracting, where he was instrumental in the site reconnaissance and planning of physical security measures for a complex national infrastructure project in a non-permissive environment. He went on to serve in other private security contract roles for federal contract holders and another federal agency, providing armed security consulting for workplace violence, key-location security, personal protection, and detainee operations for several private companies.

From there he transitioned into policing, becoming a police officer in late 2017. He served as a patrol and gang officer with a city police department and as assistant team leader on its High Risk Entry Team, then as a task force officer on a federal violent crimes task force, a safe streets task force, and a state agency auto theft task force. Today he is an investigator with a state police agency and an assistant team leader on the agency's SWAT team, a unit whose mission covers critical infrastructure protection, personal protection, and rapid deployment.

He pairs that field experience with formal cyber training: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, CCNA, and Certified Ethical Hacker, earned through an Accelerated Veteran's Transition Mission program, plus FBI cyber-investigator and NW3C financial-crimes coursework and studies in Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. Cody also serves his community as an elected county board member on the Law Enforcement, Labor, and Emergency Management & 911 committees, and as a Commissioner on the Regional Planning and Development Commission. He recuses himself from any county board matter concerning Omega Point Solutions, and the county he serves is excluded from the company's business development as a standing policy that predates its federal grant applications.

That casework, spanning fraud, gangs, narcotics, intelligence, stolen vehicles, counter-insurgency, and emergency management, is exactly what the Omega Point suite is built to support.

Operations Manager

Alan Rose

A retired Illinois state law enforcement officer and active sworn police officer with decades of experience in criminal investigations, patrol operations, and tactical response. Alan is a Certified Lead Homicide Investigator in the State of Illinois with specialized training through the FBI and ATF, including Post-Blast Investigation. He is a certified public safety diver and currently serves as an operator on a regional special response team. He serves as the company's law enforcement subject matter expert, bringing career-long evidence-handling and chain-of-custody practice to product requirements and validating every tool from the lead-investigator seat: case flow, report sufficiency, and what an investigator will actually act on.

His career extends overseas: he served as a police trainer in Afghanistan under U.S. State Department contract, and he is a graduate of a federal agency's undercover academy. A board member of a missing person awareness organization, he supports cooperation between law enforcement, families, and advocacy groups on missing persons and unresolved investigations, experience that directly informs our cold-case platform. He also brings deep experience in physical security and executive protection as a Personal Protection Specialist, manages our law-enforcement accounts, and keeps day-to-day operations running to the standard our public-safety customers expect.

Accounts & Financial Manager

Terrie Rose

Terrie Rose, Accounts and Financial Manager at Omega Point Solutions LLC

Terrie brings 31 years of continuous service with a national sports-equipment manufacturer, serving as Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager across two states. She has managed up to 120 employees over five product lines, owning payroll, attendance, capital-expenditure budgets, and budget-linked production performance, and led a capacity initiative that doubled plant output. She is also a DAR-trained genealogical researcher and chapter officer with prior service as Treasurer and Registrar, maintaining official financial and membership records with documented accuracy.

At Omega Point she runs accounts and finance, covering billing questions, fee payments, refunds, and financial records. Terrie serves as the designated Financial Official on the company's federal grant applications and as the point of contact for our CPA and tax professionals, keeping the books audit-ready for government work. Her work runs against the company's adopted Fiscal Policies and Procedures Manual, which sets compensating controls for an organization of our size: monthly bank reconciliations reviewed and signed by someone other than the preparer, dual review of any disbursement over $2,500, read-only bank access for the reviewer, and an annual CPA review of the general ledger. The independent review steps — the over-threshold disbursement review and the annual general-ledger review — are performed by an independent CPA and tax service outside the company, not by a member of the family or the management team, so segregation of duties does not depend on any single household.

She raised three sons who are all U.S. Army veterans and law enforcement officers, which is a fair summary of where this company's values came from.
